Getting to Know Annie

 

There are 4 things that I love:  Food, travel, healthy living & animals.  When I decided to travel around North America with my 2 dogs and 4 cats living Vanlife in a converted 2016 Ford 250Transit Hightop, I've realized the days of meal prep in a traditional kitchen and gym workouts are gone.

Instead, I've come up with quick healthy hacks to prepare healthy meals quickly using only a camper stove and blender.  Although I love food, I do not like cooking, so all my recipes are easy and usually under 15 minutes.

Join me on my travels in vanlife as I share with you quick and easy healthy hacks, great budget travel ideas, and ways to stay healthy on the road.
