Getting to Know Annie

Hi ya! I'm Annie Chang and I'm a Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer.

After deciding to travel around North America with my 2 dogs and 4 cats living Vanlife in a converted 2016 Ford 250Transit Hightop , I've realized the days of meal prep in a traditional kitchen and gym workouts are gone. 

Instead, I've come up with creative ways to eat clean using only a camper stove and blender.

Instead of spending times indoors at the gym, I found ways to stay active on the go.

Join me on my vanlife adventures as I share with you some of my favorite places in North America , how to explore the world on a budget, stay fit and healthy on the road, all while having a great time.

 

Oh, and of course, life is not complete without the occasional cheat meal #YOLO and good wine. =)
