    What an enthusiastic video Annie! It’s indeed a total workout. I wonder if this is also safe for pregnant women? Btw, you look fantastic. Great post! 🙂

      Thanks Alison! For pregnant women, I would always consult your OB/GYN first. If your doctor gives you the “ok” to do more extensive cardio such as running or jogging, then all the exercises should be fine. If you are not sure, swap out the kettle ball swings for another exercise like side lunges or modified pushups. =)
