This upper body workout will tone up arms fast and get your entire upper body firm and toned, including biceps, triceps, abs, and back. You will also be getting a cardio workout because we are taking very short rest breaks, so be prepared to work hard! ❤

Do the entire workout 3 times

Pushups – 15 reps
Dips – 15 reps
Plank – 30 seconds
Standing V Pushups – 15 reps
