Hi Healthy Living Junkies!  This is Annie and Andrea, and we have a great upper body workout that will tone up your arms!   It is short, sweet and will get your arms on fire!  It is inspired by the Catching Fire Movie with Jennifer Lawrence.  It’s perfect as we gear up for warmer seasons, with tank tops and spaghetti straps around the corner. This workout is designed to tighten and tone your arms so you are summer ready!

 

 

 

Catching Fire   ❤  Tone Your Arms Workout

30 seconds/ 10 second rest – 3 rounds
Bicep Curl w/ Toe Tap
Tricep Dips
Concentration Squat Curls (one on each side)

Hi Healthy Living Junkies!  Want to know the biggest mistakes for flat stomach? In this video, I’ll share with you the BIGGEST MISTAKE people make when they’re trying to get flat stomach. If you’re making this mistake, getting flat abs is going to be VERY frustrating. You’ll be putting in a ton of effort, and getting virtually no results. But once you know the right way to train, getting lean abs will be faster and easier.
 

 
The common mistake when it comes to getting a flat stomach and trying to lose belly fat is you should do alot of cardio. While you do burn fat and calories when you do cardio, it is also the slowest way to burn off fat. What you need to do is to increase your metabolism by building lean muscles, which consumes more calories all day, versus doing cardio, which only burns calories during the workout. Lean muscles actually causes your body to increase your metabolism.
