When I first decided to try FIGI Foods, I was almost 40 pounds overweight. Ever since I started school, I haven’t had time to workout and wasn’t eating right. I tried dieting, but gave up after a short while it was too hard to stay on it. After a the first week of being on FIGI Foods, I felt skinnier and had more energy. In about 4 months, I dropped 4 dress sizes, from a size 6 to a size 2 and lost 37 pounds. It was easy, and the best part was, I never felt hungry.

My name is Alma, and I started the FIGI Foods Eating Plan about 6 months ago. Like many new moms, I had a hard time losing the baby weight. Between taking care of the children, keeping up with work and family, I had no time for myself. After a few years, I gained 47 lbs.
