When it comes to being in shape and living healthy, we spend alot of time DOING things:  Going to the gym, working out, shopping for healthy foods, making meals, and sometimes feeling guilty about eating that cookie.

What we don’t spend a lot of time on is getting into the right mindset.  Your mind is the most powerful muscle you have.  It is also the most important muscle to exercise.  If you believe you will fail no matter what you do, then you are right.  If you believe you will succeed no matter what, you are also right.  Pick your attitude and challenge your mind to see what you really are:  A Strong Confident Beautiful Healthy Woman.  Once you start seeing yourself for what you really are, you will believe change is possible.  The weight will start coming off, you feel lighter, healthier, and full of energy.  If you change your mind set, everything else is easy.
